Freedom of speech and religion is precious, however, keeping our school zones clear is first and foremost!

If the Gideons wish to distribute bibles to school children, then they can contact the principle of a school and make arrangements to make their presentation.

These are ‘minors’ that attend Key Largo School, and they are being instructed to not trust strangers as a precaution.

The Gideons have one of their bibles in almost every nightstand of every hotel room I have ever stayed in and I do believe that it is up to parents to ‘school’ their children in religion.

There should never be any group or person near a school that doesn’t have ‘school business’ in mind.

I am very religious and I wish the whole world would believe in God, but stay away from minors if you do not have their parents consent!

If we make accept ions for one group, then we will have to make them for another.
Would you want “Worshipers of Satan” giving out their free bibles to minors at a school near you? They are consider to have a religion, and they are also entitled to free speech!

So no one group or person should feel they have a ‘right to impose’ their religious beliefs on anyone much less minors!

I say; “Keep the School Zones safe!”
