i hope people think differently now, thats exactly why the geneva conventions were instigated to protect civilians that have not and will not be tried, its a means of ensuring justice on an international level, by saying these “terrorists” belong to no natin they are giving themselves authority to violate te conventions. Afghanistan and iraq are signatories of the conventions.
